Environmental engineering is closely related to Civil engineering as often environmental issues are a result of civil engineering processes past, current, or proposed. A holistic approach incorporating both disciplines is desirable to achieve the best environmental outcome while meeting the key design outcomes of any project.
Environmental services include stream assessments/restoration, environmental impact assessments, environmental reports for working in sensitive environments, site supervision, environmentally friendly stormwater designs and solutions using low impact design (LID)
