Taharoto Lane

Redefining urban living in Takapuna through architectural excellence.

Project Overview

Taharoto Lane is a transformative 19-unit mixed-use terrace development in the heart of Takapuna, Auckland. Built on a 2000m² site that previously housed two single dwellings, the project exemplifies modern urban design, combining residential, retail, and office spaces in a cohesive architectural complex.

Chester Consultants contributed civil engineering solutions that enabled the seamless integration of multiple uses within the development. The project serves as a key anchor in the reform of Taharoto Road, envisioned by the Auckland Unitary Plan as a denser, more urbanised public space.

Situated adjacent to Takapuna Normal Intermediate School and within walking distance of Smales Farm and North Shore Hospital, Taharoto Lane’s strategic location enhances connectivity and community.
